Welcome to my web site
 

 

I have been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. I have worked with people from all walks of life: athletes, school teachers, CEOs and stay at home moms. I feel that it is my job to inspire people to live to their fullest potential. As a personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor I have the tools to do this. I find great joy in sharing my knowledge and experience with all the people that come to me looking for fitness guidance. I would love to help you to find your path to wellness. I created this website when I was pregnant with my son, Frankie, so that I could continue personal training and teaching from home. I will provide you with the education, guidelines and motivation to live a life of health and wellness. As a mother, I know that it can be a challenge to make time for exercise. Making time for exercise is a way to make time for yourself. It's all about priorities and if you put yourself at the top of the list then everything else will seem easier and more enjoyable. I know that when I do my workout either with Frankie or by myself, I feel better all day long and I can then truly give from the heart.
