Your online personal training program consists of custom
designed workouts e-mailed to your inbox.
The printable workout program comes with instructional
photos of every exercise and detailed written instructions
that can be followed while you complete your workout. After you complete
your workout, you can log in to your online journal using your
log in I.D. The online journal allows you to update the results of your workout.
You can keep track of your total calories burned, number of
repetitions and sets that you performed and total calories consumed.
This way I can check up on you and keep you accountable. Also,
studies have shown that people that keep a written account of their
calories consumed and burned tend to have better results adhering to
their exercise program than those people that do not keep track.
